After your order is placed, our team reviews product availability, delivery location, freight requirements, and the final shipping details. For large furniture items, delivery timelines and final freight costs may vary based on location, item size, carrier availability, and warehouse processing.
If an item ships from more than one warehouse or supplier location, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking details will be provided once available.

Order Review
After your order is placed, our team reviews availability, shipping address, item size, and delivery requirements. Some orders may require final confirmation before shipment.

Split Shipments
If products are shipped from different warehouses or supplier locations, your order may be separated into more than one shipment with separate tracking details.

Warehouse Pickup
Pickup must be arranged in advance. Please wait for written confirmation before arriving or scheduling your own freight provider.

Inspection On Arrival
Inspect the packaging and merchandise before signing. If there is visible damage, write the issue on the delivery paperwork and take photos immediately.

Damage Claims
Damage or defect claims should include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a clear description of the issue. Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

Because furniture is large, fragile, and often shipped by freight, all returns must be reviewed before approval. Items must be unused, in original condition, and kept with their original packaging until the return or claim is resolved.
Custom, final sale, clearance, assembled, damaged-by-use, or altered items may not qualify for return. Return shipping, restocking, handling, or storage charges may apply unless otherwise stated in writing.
Damages & Claims
Inspect your order carefully.
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If packaging or merchandise appears damaged, note the issue with the carrier before signing and take clear photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and damage.
Damage or defect claims should be submitted as soon as possible. Claims submitted late, without photos, without packaging, or after the item has been moved, installed, assembled, or used may be harder to approve.
